I developed and currently manage this WordPress site—and a Facebook page—for my family's ranch in Monticello, FLorida. The blog posts feed directly into our weekly MailChimp newsletters.
Golden Acres Ranch is a beautiful and well-run ranch devoted to the idea of providing local, naturally raised food, using sustainable methods. Bobbie Golden is an advocate of the small farm and small ranch as a viable business model and crucial element of healthy and economically vital local communities. She participates in local research and events, and recognizes the value of the internet to educate and inspire while selling her products on a local and, soon, a national level.
The number of compliments I receive each week on the website is incredible. Every time I ask someone how they found us and they state they used the internet for their search our site came up. They always say something like, 'Boy! Is that a nice website. We looked all through it.'
